  1. How do I track my order? An email will be sent confirming your order has left out warehouse, your tracking information will also be included in this email.

  2. I emailed customer service, when will I hear back? We're currently seeing overwhelming support (which is great!), but because of that, it can take our customer service representatives up to 48 hours to respond to inquiries.

  3. I haven't received my shipment? Before contacting our customer service team: check to make sure you've received an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. Please also check the tracking information that is included in your dispatch confirmation email.

  4. True to size clothing? Yes we typically recommend choosing your usual size for a true-to-size look. For more information about sizes, you can check the size guide on each product page.

  5. What Payment methods does No Prince Charming accept? Our checkout is managed by Shopify and Paypal. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

  6. What do I do when there is an item missing from my order?If you haven't received an email notification about any changes to your order, but you're still missing an item, please contact us immediately with the following information:

      2. Missing Item(s)
